Bankrupt Detroit wants to spend taxpayer dollars on a 444 million dollar hockey stadium that is supposedly a part of Detroit's economic plan. This stadium was voted on by the state legislature in the face of lack of pension funding in an impending bankruptcy. Is this a Hail Mary gamble on the backs of the few tax payers still left in Detroit?
