Is natural disaster a new criterion for breaking into homes without a warrant?Unlawful search and seizure is becoming the norm as law enforcement is being given the authority to seize your guns during disastrous events like Katrina and the Boston Marathon bombing. In these instances, citizens are vulnerable because of fear and allow themselves to be at the mercy of the law and or government without regard for their civil rights. Knowing the law and being confident of my rights is the best way to overcome abuses of the law.
